Any reviews on Ectaco products

I'm looking for any reviews on Ectaco products. I was about to purchase a product in Canada.

Originally I thought that the product was sold from a Canadian source and serviced by the same but I found that everything originates from the US. This is OK, but some comments on the website state that the products are very poor quality, have many translation errors, the service isn't done in Canada, there isn't a toll-free number, and the company doesn't reply to emails.

Does anyone have any personal experience with Ectaco products and their service?

Should I invest in one of their products?
