Anybody been to a rodeo?

I just went to a rodeo called "toro huaco."

I know that toro means "bull" but I'm not sure what "huaco" means.

Anyone have any ideas?

one comment was "toro huaco" is equal to a rodeo clown ; in mexico it's an insult to be called one so el toro huaco is used.
second comment is "crazy bull".
i'm ok now with definitions but stay in touch anyways if you know more.

well i am sure it has to be a "slang" from a country or even an specific town in that country.
In my country there is a similar word juaco, i guess it is pronounce the same, anyway only old people use it and it means angry.
i hope i was helpful at least a little
