Thanks for the picture, Maddie. I've never been to China but I can imagine that there are a lot of new things to taste and eat. So did the name "white collar roughage" have anything to do with what you actually ate? I wonder where that translation come from. Is it from white collar, such as the difference between white and blue collar? Interesting.
