Certification is not Professionalization

I certainly believe certification does not equal professionalization. Though certification helps a person to become a professional translator but getting a certification or a degree in any field may be MBBS, Engineering, or maybe a certified teacher does not mean that one becomes professional.

To become a professional one has to work hard, follow some work ethics, work accuracy and one has to be time bound in delivery of the projects; that shows professionalism. Certification and professionalization are two different aspects and if club together; nothing can match it.
