Diploma Translations

Diploma translations are often necessary if you're coming from outside the United States and are thinking about attending college.

Whether you're thinking of attending a school to get a bachelor's degree, or even applying to get an advanced degree, schools usually require that diplomas are in English so that they can adequately evaluate those people that are interested in attending their school.

So if you need to get your Spanish language diploma translated into English, you'll need to find a translator that can translate it and get it back to you without wasting time.

Hey, what do you know? I'm a translator! You can send it me!

The process I go through for diploma translation is basically the same one I use for certified birth certificate translation as well as wedding certificate translation:

  1. All you need to do is get a hold of me and let me know what you need. I'll also need your name and address so I can send the completed diploma translation back to you. Of course I would also need a copy of the diploma, but usually a scanned copy emailed to me is fine.
  2. Once I get the diploma, I'll send out an invoice for the cost of the translation, which is currently $55. This is a flat fee that includes shipping back to you as well as independent notarization.
  3. After the translation is finished, I'll send it back to you.
All in all, it's a pretty easy process, so if you need your grade reports translated, just let me know!
