José Montserrate Feliciano García was born in Lares, Puerto Rico on Septebmer 10, 1945 and is one of the most famous crossover (English/Spanish) artists of all time.

One of his most famous songs is Feliz Navidad and many people for generations have sung this song around Christmastime.

The song originally came out on a studio album in 1970 and was released with a number of other Christmas songs.

This songs is generally one of the most downloaded songs during the Christmas season, and ASCAP (The American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers) has even awarded it the status of being one of the top 25 greatest Christmas songs of the 21st century.
