Finding an interpreter in Guatemala

I'm looking for a Spanish interpreter to spend a week with me in Guatemala this fall (in November) but I don't know where to start. I need someone to assist me with conversing with teachers in some rural areas for a project. Can you tell me how to go about searching for an interpreter, and what the rates might be for a good one?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
