Free online Spanish
translation using Yahoo! Answers

We all know that there are a ton of free online Spanish translation sites all over the web. For example, there's the increasingly popular Google Spanish translator, or the very well-known BabelFish Spanish translator.

These are just a couple of the probably more than a thousand different websites that offer free Spanish translations. The problem with these, though, as everyone knows, is that they are done automatically with no human input.

What does that mean? Well, if you've ever tried to use one, I'm sure you know what it means. It means that the translation is probably going to have some problems with it.

So what else are you supposed to do if you don't want to use one of these free automatic translators? Well, at the other end of the spectrum is actually going out and using the services of a professional translator, like me for instance...

But this can be a problem, too, because professional translators aren't very cheap. So what do you do if you just need a Spanish sentence translation, but you don't trust automatic translators and professional translators are too expensive? Why not check out Yahoo! Answers.

Yahoo! Answers
First of all, if you don't know what Yahoo! Answers is, then here's a little introduction. Yahoo! Answers is a portal where anyone can ask a question to the whole community and members of the community can then answer that question.

What's great about it is that you can ask almost any question you can think of and someone out there probably has an answer for you.

So what does this have to do with translation? Well, a lot of people use this community portal to ask translation questions. There are questions on how to translate all sorts of languages, and Spanish translation questions are definitely asked a lot.

So, if you've got something small that you need to have translated, a good option would be to try Yahoo! Answers. You need to have a Yahoo! account, but if you don't have one, you can get one for free. Then you just post your question and wait for the masses to answer your question. You can then even choose which answer you think is the best one.

If you want to try it out, go to the Yahoo! Answers page and sign in or register and try it out when you need a free online Spanish translation.
