You can either enter text or with a click of button, you can be taken to another web page where you can enter a website URL. Freetranslation.com's online translator has drop-down menus where you can insert special characters (accented letters, for example). It doesn't give a limit to the amount of text you can translate at once but it seems to be a good amount. They give you the option of emailing the translated text to yourself.
