For the spelling you would have to look up the spanish alphabet.

M = emmay
A = Ah
R = Eray
K = Ka

G = Hay
A = Ah
R = Eray
D = Day
N = Ennay
E = Ay
R = Eray

But you only really need to spell your name out for hotels for example. Usually you just have to say your name with the best accent possible ^^

Pretty much as it would be pronounced in English, unless you want a translation for Mark, that would be "Marco" or "Marcos"
