mami could mean mother or a pet name or lovey name for his female partner. Coño means the p word in English when referring to female private parts, so I think he was rudely complimenting you if it was a compliment. It´s like when an American guy says something inappropriate like ¨You got a nice ass.¨ Instead of just starting polite conversation or complimenting your hair or something.

Depends on the context,it can be used as a term of endearment if you're addressing your mother.A man can also use it to address a girl he loves like his girlfriend or daughter. In the context used in your case the guy was saying that your're a pretty girl (babe) it "should" be taken as a compliment thogh some women may find it too personal especially if they don't know the man addressing them.
