in latin america, it can also mean the insect 'fly'. when some latin americans speak casually or quickly, they omit the 's' sound, so instead of 'mosca' (the actual word) it is shortened to 'moca' or 'moka'. usually the s is aspirated, making it more like 'mohca' or 'mohka'.

Mocha can also mean "cut off" or in a hurry or broken

El tiene una mano mocha. Means he has a partial hand or arm or no arm at all.
El casi me mocha un dedo cuando cerro la puerta. He almost cut off my finger when he shut the door.

Andaba hecho la mocha. Is slang for: He was in a hurry.

El habla ingles mocho. He has broken English. Or his English is bad.
