What does the word chikilin mean? I cannot seem to find out what it means in English.

Slang.

chiquilín, na. (Del dim. de chico). 1. m. y f. Niño pequeño.

In other words, "kid."

There is a Spanish brand of tasty biscuits called "Chiquilín":
