Translation of Veritas Aequitas

Legalese borrows heavily from Latin and it can be hard to decipher, such as the translation of veritas aequitas.

You can buy all sorts of things that have these two words written on them, but what's the point if you don't know what they mean?

Well, the word veritas can be translated as verity, while aequitas can be translated as equity.

So together, they can be translated as something like truth and justice. Of course the translation can be open to interpretation somewhat, but these are the main ideas of what the phrase means.

Let me know if there are any other latin phrases you'd like translated like the translation of veritas aequitas.
