A client interested in finding a translator who offers website translation services needs to be careful who they ask.

Translating a website is not necessarily the same thing as translating magazine articles or journal essays or white papers.

Translating websites is a whole different arena. Not only does the translator need to translate the text or content of the website, he/she is often asked to translate images, buttons, and links among other things.

Translating these extra-textual items requires the translator to have skills in desktop publishing, image conversion, image processing, etc.
