More and more people are deciding to forego the traditional big hoopla typical church wedding and instead are heading out to some exotic locale to get married. I mean, hey, there can't be anything better than getting married on a white-sand beach somewhere with an awesome sunset happening right behind you. A lot of these weddings used to happen in places like Hawaii, but an alternative that has been gaining popularity over the years is to get married in a Spanish-speaking country where the US dollar stretches a little more but the beaches are still beautiful. Sometimes, if the couple that is getting married decides to go through a wedding planner or coordinator to help plan their wedding overseas, a translation of the wedding certificate might be included in the cost. However, many couples don't realize that more often than not, the marriage certificate that is sent back to them is actually in Spanish! Well, in most places in the United States (or even the UK), a marriage certificate in Spanish isn't going to get you very far. Soon enough you'll need to have a wedding certificate translation done, especially if you want to change your name. You'll need the translated certificate at the bank, passport agency, and even the local motor vehicle department. Wedding certificate translation
