Here in mexico, I've seen bohemio used in reference to unplugged-live-music bars (bares bohemios). Similar to a jazz cellar, only the music is "trios" or acoustic guitar instead of jazz. Probably stems from the imagined resemblance to the bohemian culture of the beatnik era in the U.S. I don't know if it also refers to the classic "bohemian" stereotype of the aforementioned beatnik era.
