Here in Mexico,
it means 'give me drag of your cigarette';
It's very broadly used, though it's pretty colloquial.
(and it refers to tobacco, though it could apply to any kind of smoke-able thing).

dame un toque! by: Kathryn
When I lived in Spain, I quickly learned the meaning of "dame un toque." Since phone service is SO expensive, callers have found ways to communicate without actually making a phone call - the most effective and common is the "toque!" A toque is basically when someone calls you and hangs up before you answer, and you have a missed call from that person. It can mean many different things. You can say to someone beforehand: "dame un toque when you are 10 minutes away from ____" or "dame un toque when you get there...." etc etc. My boyfriend and I would give each other "toques" when one of us wanted the other to connect to Skype, which is free unlike cell phones. Other people just give toques to say, "hi, I'm thinking about you!" Sometimes if a person has free cell phone minutes after a certain time, their friends will give them toques so that they know to call them back since it's free for them. If you're running late you might get toques from friends and you can usually assume those mean "Where are you?? Hurry up!!" It sounds totally bizarre and crazy when put into words, but you catch on and it saves a LOT on your phone bill.
So if you are living somewhere where they use toques -- never pick up on the first ring! It might be a toque and if you pick up, that caller has spent money!
