The base of this word sounds like MAMILA from the verb MAMAR - to suckle (like a baby at his mothers teat). If the ending sylable is accented, then it means a 'Big One' (masculine) of whatever the base word is. So, perhaps it is like saying CHUPÓN or CHIGÓN. A big, suckling baby. I would need to hear it in context to make a better guess.
