What does it mean when someone is called Mocha in mexico?

Significado de la palabra "Mocha"

In Colombia, "mocha" significa una hembra a la cual le falta algo en su cuerpo. Si es una perra, tal vez es mocha porque le falta una pata, una oreja o el rabo; una mujer mocha, pues lo mismo, tal vez le falte un seno o un dedo, en fin cualquier parte del cuerpo que no este alli califica a una mujer o animal hembra para llamarle "mocha." El masculino seria "MOCHO." Algunas personas no dicen "cortarse el cabello" sino "mocharse el cabello" porque mochar significa cortar o cercenar. Si esta palabra tiene un significado diferente en Mexico, lo desconozco pero muy posiblemente es lo mismo.
