As mentioned on the above post, it is just the languaje is made. I'm Spanish and this issue really confused me when i was learning English as i always thought It makes more sense to name the thing you are talking about before you describe it.

In Spanish the noun comes first and then the adjective that describes the noun.
In English it works the other way around, so actually we don't know which is backwards and which one is not, it's just the way the language works.

It sounds backwards to native English/other speakers, but it sounds correct to Spanish speakers because that's just the way the language is! To Spanish speakers, la casa blanca or el pajaro amarillo are correct, but to others who speak languages where the adjective usually goes before the noun, it sounds backwards.
